The staff were good, and some rooms have a sea view. I wouldn't call it the best place for a vacation, but I didn't run into any problems during my stay.

The woman took a photo of my credit card. My bank advisor told me to block it, so I was left in San Andreas without my card. :(

We had a terrible stay. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, especially the bathroom, and I have no idea where those pictures were taken. We also had to wait an hour outside because nobody was there to let us in or greet us. After we reached the owner, he told us to call Despegar for a refund if we didn't like the service, then hung up. They didn't change our towels, and the sheets were replaced only once during our five days. The hostel is at Almendros neighborhood, block 4, house 10, San Andres. Very bad service and experience.

It was a nice, affordable place near the beach. The frustrating part was waiting nearly an hour when we arrived, and then the girl never came to check on us when we left.
