The pool and garden were about the only good parts, along with the fresh cocktails. The price doesn't match what you get, and I wouldn't return. There was no electricity when we arrived on the first evening, and it took over an hour to fix. Our room was run-down, with a broken shower handle, rusted metal, torn window screens, no fridge or safe, and a weak toilet flush that clogged twice. Wi-Fi was unreliable too. To get the room cleaned, we had to leave the key at reception. Staff weren't kind or helpful about fixing problems, and the laundry price changed from 6mil to 6mil per item, which felt like they were trying to rip us off.

We regretted staying here and wish we'd moved to another hotel on the first night. The staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely rude and disrespectful, and the rooms were dirty. The location is awful, about 30 minutes from the town center, with no usable beach across from the hotel. The Wi-Fi barely works, and the online photos and description were misleading. Breakfast was cold and honestly not very good. I can't stress enough how badly we regret giving them our money. I would never return or recommend this place.

Friendly staff and delicious food made the stay enjoyable. The rooms had what you'd need, including a TV, shower, and comfortable beds. The property is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with a great sunset view. It's away from the town center, which makes it quieter, and inexpensive buses pass by.

For five days I regretted staying here. The service was awful, the rooms were filthy, and even after I told them, the bedsheets weren't changed. We got no towels at check-in, no shower mat, and had ants and mosquitoes constantly coming in. The staff were incredibly rude, and it was completely overpriced. It's also around a 30-minute drive from the airport, with no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Booking.com initially listed it as a 5-star hotel, which wasn't their fault, but even the actual 3-star rating is debatable.
