We were there for a family event, and the rooms were perfect. The food was excellent too. Yury was wonderful all weekend, staying attentive and making sure we were happy. The staff did whatever was needed to keep us comfortable. I’d hire them for my company in Miami.

It’s outside town, but buses pass by often during the day. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and well cared for, with a large pool and a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. A few small things could be improved, but it’s probably one of the best options near San Gil.

The parts that are finished are very good, though construction is still going on. The room and bed are both large and comfortable, and the swimming pools are amazing, including an indoor one with two Jacuzzis. Breakfast was fine. It’s close to San Gil, and about 20 minutes from Baricharra.

The tropical music stays too loud late into the night. Wi-Fi doesn’t reach every room, and basic rates don’t include some services, like the sauna.

The facilities weren’t great. The pool was a good size, but there were far too many flies and other animals in it.
