The host was helpful and can arrange activities to do around san gil. The rooms are large enough, with big windows, and everything was clean and quiet. It’s perfectly located near the main place, and the value for money is very good.

We arrived very late at night, and they welcomed us warmly and gave us a room at a great price.

No good.

The room was small, and mine had a clump of hair on the floor. It gets incredibly noisy in the early morning, so bring earplugs. The place is also very dark, which doesn’t make you want to sit around and socialize. You might expect a hostel atmosphere, but this felt much more like a guesthouse.

The price is right, and I’d happily stay here again. It’s a welcoming, family-run hostel, with staff who are friendly and know their way around local questions. Ask them about restaurants or things to do and they’ll give you helpful tips.
