The grounds are beautiful, but the place needs staff who can make guests feel welcome and honor what was promised at booking. What was offered when I reserved didn't match what I actually found. When I raised the issue, the staff were rude and seemed not to understand how to treat a guest. They also switched off the lights and music in the wet area at 9 p.m. without telling the people who were there. I hope the owner addresses this. I can't recommend the place.

We were charged another 20,000 pesos just to get the air conditioning working, even though it was included in the package my husband bought. That package was supposed to include a romantic dinner and a jacuzzi too, but none of those things were delivered. He'd asked them to decorate the room, and all they put up were two balloons, two streamers, and some awful flowers. The jacuzzi and some mussels in the pool weren't working either. The food was terrible, and the service was awful. I was at Panorama this weekend. The place itself isn't bad, but other guests felt the same way we did. It feels like a scam, they don't accept anyone, and the food is awful.

For 300,000 pesos, a bed and a pool just isn't worth it. The place is nothing like the website makes it sound, and so much of what's offered is useless. The jacuzzis don't work, and you have to pay extra for air conditioning. There are only two TV channels and no cable. Food isn't à la carte, just a basic menu. Even though the woman in charge is very seasoned, it doesn't live up to expectations or feel like restaurant food. There's no soda, snacks, or much variety of anything. It badly needs management. I wouldn't come back even for free. It's a scam.

Really pleasant place, and the service was excellent.
