We live in Canada and had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Quimbaya in San Jerónimo. Right from arrival, the room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff made us feel at home with their outstanding service. My wife is vegetarian, and the kitchen team offered her lots of delicious choices with real flexibility and care. The food and attention were truly 5-star. We all also had one of the best body massages we've ever experienced, very relaxing and professionally done. The whole family loved it, and my wife and kids are already putting Hotel Quimbaya at the top of the list for our next vacation. Highly recommend!

Juan Pablo was the cherry on top of a great time at Hotel Quimbaya. He looked after us so well and made the stay even better. The food, music, pool, and service were all top notch. I'd happily come back again and again.

There's a lot to enjoy here: three pools, including one big enough for lap swimming, two jacuzzis, and two banos turcos. The grounds are beautifully kept, and service is excellent. Meals are good and plentiful at all three sittings. Good value for money too. We plan to come back soon.
