The pump under the rooms was so loud that we couldn’t rest, and the frequent power cuts took out the air conditioning. At times, even running water wasn’t assured. We had a terrible night and couldn’t shower. The rooms on the second floor also get extremely stuffy. The hotel is in a great spot in the historic district, but it isn’t cheap, and we expected basic services. The owner’s deplorable attitude left us very dissatisfied, especially since the hotel didn’t take responsibility for the service.

The rooms were small and unclean, and the facilities and service were poor. Water and electricity, basic essentials, were a problem. They switched on a gasoline generator as a workaround, but the noise made it hard to sleep. When we complained, the owner was rude and dismissive. The location is excellent, but the price doesn’t match the quality of service.

For 200k for a couple, I didn’t think the room was worth the price, and it looked a bit ugly. The bathroom also had a bad smell. Still, the hotel is nice, the breakfast included was delicious, and it’s in a really good spot, one block from the plaza. It worked for a night in town, but I wouldn’t suggest staying longer.

The old house is now a quiet guesthouse, and the breakfast was delicious. The owner is wonderful and very attentive. You’re half a block from the main park, the church, and the restaurants along the river, so it’s an ideal place to stay. The rates are reasonable too.

Daniel, the young man who helped us, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, the service was excellent, and the place itself is very nice. It’s close to the river and local points of interest. Recommended.
