Hotel Santa Fe Del Parque

We especially liked the terrace and pool for unwinding after exploring, and breakfast was tasty and served with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable beds. The hotel is a short walk from the historic center, but still quiet enough to relax. Hotel Santa Fe del Parque is a great fit for couples or families after comfort and convenience in Santa Fe de Antioquia. I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms themselves were very clean once we got inside. But there was loud music playing nonstop, the breakfast was bad, and some employees were rude. They wanted 30,000 pesos to lend us a corkscrew, and there was a dumpster outside the gate. Getting through the wired gate meant pushing or pulling it. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking. Would I book again or recommend this place? Definitely not.

It's a good value for the price, with a pool and parking, clean rooms, and an easy check-in and checkout. The hotel is just two blocks from Santafe's main square. Pay attention to the checkout time, since you could be charged for leaving late.

I had a horrible experience with the way they handled my booking. I booked through bookings, then the hotel messaged me on WhatsApp and asked me to cancel there because they could offer a lower price directly. I canceled, hoping to save money. Then they said they needed about 70% upfront to reserve the room, so I sent it. After that, they tried to give me whatever room they wanted instead of the rooms I'd originally asked for. We argued because they wouldn't give me the rooms I wanted. I asked to cancel and get my money back, but they said they were like an airline and didn't give refunds. They kept my money. I feel they scammed me, and I don't recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was horrible.
