Apartment Copacabana

We loved the apartment and would return. Ours was on the fourth floor, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, washing machine, laundry area, living room, and street facing balcony. It was spotless when we arrived. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room has a fan, there’s cable TV in the bedrooms and living room, and the internet handled anything we needed. The 24 hour security guard was friendly and attentive. There’s no elevator. The location is handy, with a Bancolombia ATM next door, a Frisby Cocoriko one block away, D1 and Carulla supermarkets, and several pharmacies. My main suggestion is to improve the kitchen equipment. There are very few items, only a few glasses, and no rice cooker, sandwich maker, or pressure cooker. That really needs work. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment had air conditioning in both bedrooms, a fan in the living room, and a TV in each room, which made for restful nights. It’s in a super central spot and a wonderful base for a Santa Marta vacation. I missed having somewhere to hang wet clothes, which I really needed because I had little luggage. Still, I highly recommend the place.

The management and service staff are very friendly and sort out any issues quickly. The apartments are comfortable and in a pleasant location. You can shop for groceries and cook, with a refrigerator, pots, and everything needed for cooking. It’s worth checking the basement rooms, though, since they’re less comfortable than the rooms elsewhere in the building.
