We had booked 10 days ahead, but when we arrived they wouldn't let us in. We were traveling with a pregnant woman, an older adult, and a child, and still couldn't get access despite having a reservation. The service was terrible and we were treated very poorly. A very bad hotel.

The service was awful, and the advertising felt misleading. We arrived with our reservation voucher, only to be told there was no booking for us. As we were dealing with that, a couple leaving the place congratulated us for not staying there.

We found the price fair for the comfort. The hotel has a modern architectural style and nicely presented furniture, and the staff provided excellent service. Our room was roomy and welcoming, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and Santa Marta Bay is close enough for relaxed walks and browsing handicrafts and souvenirs.
