Mrs. Ruby and Mr. Fredy were very attentive and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel house is comfortable and very nice, with a family feel, and it's close to everything. Highly recommended.

The calm, welcoming feel and the rooms and facilities stood out. The owners were especially kind and attentive. It’s the sort of place that makes you want to come back.

The road to get there was awful, and once we arrived, our room didn’t have air conditioning. We decided not to stay.

Rubys paid close attention to what we needed and made sure everyone was comfortable. It’s a small hotel, but it has the essentials for a pleasant stay: a pool, viewpoint, hammocks, restaurant, and cocktails. The service was excellent. I’d recommend it.

The balcony has a view, and the manager and staff were fantastic. The hotel is simply wonderful, with everything new and clean.
