My unit is clean and comfortable, and it has AC. There’s also a little kiosk by the entrance for basic supplies and printing. At night it feels safe and gets very quiet once the buses stop. The main police station is right across the street, with at least four officers usually around. The location is hard to beat: practically on the marina, two blocks from El Parque de Los Novios, and right on Carrera 22 for easy bus access. I’m staying here through Airbnb.
The amenities are amazing!
Everything is close by, from the Parque de los Novios and food area to the boardwalk. The police station is across the street, and the marina and Santa Marta Bay are just a block away. It’s a great base for getting around, with the sea nearby for swimming or taking a boat.
My loft was in a really convenient spot near the beach, shops, and pretty much everything else. The neighborhood feels safe, and there’s a fair amount going on at night.
You’re just steps from the bay, and bars and restaurants are two blocks away. It’s a safe place, and the apartment’s location is hard to beat.
