The air conditioning didn’t work, and there were leaks and drips everywhere. There was no cleanliness at all, the mattresses were dirty and in poor condition, and they didn’t provide towels, soap, or toilet paper. The locks didn’t work either. It was awful. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are better places, and this one comes across as disreputable and shameless.

We stayed in apartment 602, which was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and came with a fantastic ocean view. Mrs. Mercedes, the owner, was kind and attentive. The location is great, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend that apartment. Since different owners have their own apartments in the building, I think cleaning and other things you may or may not like depend on the individual owner. The rating should really be for each apartment rather than the building as a whole.

The spacious apartments are fully equipped and clean, and valet parking is available. It’s a handy location, with Rodadero Beach just 20 meters away, and shipping companies, drugstores, D1 (just a good deal), restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes nearby. As it’s a commercial area on the coast, there’s a lot of noise, which is normal for that kind of setting. Towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fan are provided. Book ahead, and expect rooms to be ready around 3 p.m. while they’re being arranged. I recommend the hotel.

The cleanliness is awful. They don’t change the beds or even sweep, and everything is very dirty.
