Espectacular Apartamento Sierra Beach Resort

The pools look nice, and the building has an appealing design, but the complex as a whole let me down. The grounds and the mangrove swamp were dirty and full of plastic, which bothered me because the mangrove is connected to the ocean. If I were investing in a property, I’d want the natural areas kept clean. The restaurant couldn’t make lemonade because something was broken or missing, and the food wasn’t great. The main entrance windows need cleaning too. There’s also a strange section of the building that’s falling apart, where someone is stealing electricity and water for someone else. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with a nice ocean view, and my couple of days there were pleasant. It’s close to the beach, but I’d recommend one of the nearby hotels.

The architecture makes it possible to enjoy sunshine or shade, with the sun kept off until sunset. There are two easy-to-reach pools: the one shown in the pictures on one side, and another on the opposite side that you can’t see from the balcony. The view is the best. There’s also a bar with ice cream, cocktails, tea, water, soda, and snack packs, plus mini stores, a sauna, and a jacuzzi.

The complex is outstanding, and I loved the little marina. It also has a lovely ocean view.

The staff were lovely and friendly, and the location was perfect. A great place.
