Hotel Andalucia Inn

Pretty okay, just had to deal with mosquitoes.

The courtyard kept things quiet, and both the rooms and the rest of the place were clean. I felt safe and at ease during the whole week I spent at the Andalusia Inn. The location is great and the price felt like very good value. The staff were accommodating, especially the night shift, and the cleaning lady was welcoming too. Some of the plaster is coming loose, so the rooms could use a bit of renovation. If I come back to Santa Marta, I know where I'll stay.

The beach is only 100 meters away, and the place is well located and well maintained. Rooms face an interior courtyard, so it seems like a good-value choice for a few nights. The building has an interesting history too, which you can discover for yourself ;)

We rode in on a motorcycle late, and they kindly let us park it in the courtyard. Not every hotel would do that, so I appreciated the gesture. The bed was clean and the room was clean overall, with no animals or anything strange that I noticed. The service was wonderful and the location is great, close to Santa Marta Bay, just right for a place to rest. The power outlets could be better, though.
