Hotel Brisas Del Mar Suite

The AC worked, and the location was good, close to downtown. But this place was in terrible condition. It was dirty throughout, with old food stains on the walls, hair and dirt in the shower, dirty windows, and towels covered in yellow marks and someone else's hair. There was no showerhead. In our room, a random mattress leaned against the wall, half-covered by a sheet as "decoration." There was a large gap under the main door, and no kettle anywhere in the building. The furniture was old and broken, the beds squeaked, and the drawers wouldn't close. There was no elevator in the four-floor building, and the whole hotel needs a complete renovation. The online photos are misleading and don't show what it's really like. Two of the three receptionists were unfriendly and seemed not to care. After I posted a negative review on Booking, the hotel reported me as a "no-show" just minutes later, even though I'd uploaded my own photos of the property. It's hilarious, and clearly their way of hiding the real situation.

Maria made check-in really easy and helped make my trip great. It was an excellent place to stay, and I highly recommend it.
