Hotel Mall Plaza

It's not bad, but the music gets deafening and goes on late. Bring earplugs.

The rooms at Mall Plaza Hotel were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Ours had a spectacular sunset view, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, very comfortable beds, and an immaculate bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The decor felt elegant but still welcoming. We felt at ease there, with security measures in place and a peaceful atmosphere. Even in such a central area, the rooms were well soundproofed, so we slept well. The location worked perfectly for us, steps from the shopping center and close to the city's main attractions, whether travelling for business or leisure. Everyone was friendly and attentive, from reception to room service. We were greeted with warm smiles, and staff were available around the clock for questions or anything we needed. Mall Plaza Hotel exceeded our expectations. Quality, comfort, and service all came together, and we'd definitely return on our next trip. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

Good value for money. The rooms have smart TVs and good beds, and there’s a good restaurant service nearby.

I needed to leave my motorcycle in their lot beyond my stay. Before I paid, I asked about an electronic invoice and was told they'd send one the following day. Now that I've paid, they're saying they don't issue electronic invoices. They're lying so they can charge for the service.
