Hotel Playa Salguero By GEH Suites

My worst vacation decision was staying at this hotel. The rooms were damp and smelled awful, the pool was dirty, and the common areas were filthy and overgrown. Breakfast was terrible, and the staff were rude. The WiFi didn't work, towels weren't provided, and they didn't clean the room even though they said on arrival that I could request it. The bathroom pipes smelled terrible too. They never handled problems properly, and when they did, they were rude.

The food was poor and scarce, and they didn't change the towels every day. The kitchen and hotel manager's service was bad. Even after we informed them about the issues, they didn't pay attention, and there were no immediate positive changes.

A very nice hotel with affordable prices, lovely rooms, and superb, attentive service. The location is great too, close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets.
