8/10
The location is great, and the rooms felt comfortable and modern. I was unlucky to get one next to the street, though, and the glass door let all the noise through. There was no hot water, which I would have expected at a hotel. Breakfast was very lackluster.

6/10
The beds were comfy, WiFi was good, and my room stayed quiet at night. Breakfast was reasonable, and they handle the basics well. But the staff talk loudly all the time without considering guests, so a ground-floor room is constantly noisy. There's no hot water, though that seems normal for Colombia.

Location is the only good thing here. The rooms were dirty and had no natural light, and the staff were generally miserable and unhelpful. Choose somewhere else.

10/10
The price was good, and breakfast was nice. It’s close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and the place was kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and ready to help. There was a bit of a language barrier, but Google Translate worked fine. I stayed a few nights and really enjoyed it. If you’re bothered by outside noise, avoid a room facing the main road. It didn’t bother me much.

The front desk guy was really helpful with directions and ideas for things to do nearby. I missed the first night of my reservation, and he decided not to charge me for it. Super cool guy.
