The prices match what’s offered. Mrs. Flor was great and took care of everything during our family stay with one child and one teenager. I’d suggest improving the shower.

We were given a different room from the one we ordered, and charged too much for that different room. The whole place smelled like gasoline. When we said we didn’t like it, we got kicked out. We figured it might be because we’re “gringos,” after trying to get an explanation and our money back. Travelers and foreigners, be warned. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hostel had just opened and felt brand new. Great value for money, and the staff were great.
