The location is the best part, just a five-minute walk from the beach, and you can book tours at the hotel too. The staff were amazing, the food was good, and the room was pretty standard for the price.

My daughter's phone was stolen by a hotel worker. We had to call the police, and nobody seemed to care. The manager told me not to leave personal things in the room next time. That's ridiculous. Be careful.

The walls were damaged and furniture was missing knobs. By the bed, the outlet didn't work. In the shower, one of the two controls did nothing, and the one that worked behaved erratically.

The accommodations were nice, but the service fell short.
