The place is beautiful, but the staff weren't friendly, especially the girl at reception. Carlos was the exception, always sweet and kind. At the end of our stay they charged us a huge extra amount for cleaning the sheets, saying they needed special laundry. That charge was the same as two nights in a private room, so it was very expensive. I'm sorry about the experience, and I hope the staff treat clients more kindly.

We had a great time here. The sea view is awesome, and the pool is a really cool place to relax. The bar is lovely, with cocktails you can enjoy right in front of the beach. There are activities too, like renting a motorbike or paddle gear. The decorations are great and the room was very comfortable. Thanks to the whole team, who were so nice and made the amazing place even better.

DO NOT COME HERE if you don't want to be robbed. Thankfully, I didn't stay there, but my friends were staying at the hotel when they were robbed and nearly injured by the thieves. The hotel has no security and didn't take responsibility or care for its visitors. Since the river is near the exit, there are lots of homeless people outside watching for a chance to grab things from tourists. The hotel simply doesn't care, and there's a huge chance you won't be safe here.

It's more like a hotel, with lovely ocean and sunset views from the bar. The shared rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the place is incredibly clean despite being on the beach. It's great for paddle boarding or kayaking, though the beach there isn't the best for swimming. Better swimming beaches are less than a 5 minute walk away.

The place was lovely, but the staff were just incredible. They looked after us and helped us practice our English. When one guy from the hostel foolishly went for a walk alone late at night, they went out to find him. They were cheerful, welcoming, genuine people. Miguel was my absolute favourite, along with Jesus, Marcella, Albert, and Juan. Thanks for everything.
