The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room was generally very good, but the street noise carries inside and you can hear everything. I gave it 3 stars mainly because the street doesn’t feel very safe.

There were activities close by, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful experience. Congratulations to Andrea and Yadira, who were always attentive.

We paid a little over 120,000 pesos for a double room with breakfast. The price seemed reasonable for what the hotel offers. The rooms were cool and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with requests. The nearby neighborhood is somewhat rough, so the area can get noisy at times, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The pool is much smaller than the photos suggest, and the quality overall isn’t great, though it’s good value for money. Breakfast was acceptable but didn’t offer much variety. The shower was the room’s worst feature, with barely any water pressure and just one temperature setting.
