A warm welcome and very clean, tidy surroundings. It's a lovely place, close to both the park and the hot springs. I'd definitely recommend it.

A good spot to rest, with friendly people and a moderate price. They have parking and allow pets. It's roughly halfway between town and the hot springs.

Parking is available, and the location and surrounding area are very quiet. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the facilities looked new. A night in the low season costs $110,000 COP, without breakfast. There's a good TV, plus cable and streaming services such as Netflix. Service was good.

The hotel was very clean, with internet, TV, and good beds. Parking is in an empty lot a couple of houses away. They accept pets and told us about the 25k pet fee when we arrived, which is fine, but they should mention it at booking. There isn't breakfast or anything to buy. They didn't even have coffee in the morning because there were no cups 🥱
