Lighting was poor, the bedrooms had no windows, and the service felt uncertain.

The rooms were comfortable, and the location and service were excellent. Manager Hernán Jiménez also gave us some great recommendations.

The staff were always ready to help and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, too. It's a wonderful place, and I'd recommend it. I hope to come back.

10/10
It's so peaceful here, and the cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, well located, and offers lots of services. We brought our furry friend, who was welcome, which gets a 10/10 from me. They're part of the family. For me, this place is a 20/10.
