Breakfast was amazing: a freshly made tri-fold omelet with chicken and cheese, plus fresh pineapple juice. The sheets were clean, the hot water was very hot, and Wi-Fi and TV were included. The late-night staff member was professional and explained everything clearly. This is a beautiful hotel, and next time I'm in town it'll be my first choice. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel was very clean and quite nice for the area, and nearly all the staff were friendly and attentive. One older gentleman was the exception. I'd have given it five stars otherwise. I should have checked, but anyone traveling with older or disabled guests should know there isn't an elevator.

Breakfast is included in the rent, with great choices brought right to the room, and there's secure parking beneath the building. The downtown location is good, and the room was clean and comfortable with attentive staff. Two things were frustrating: hot water took ages to reach the shower, and the toilet clogged very easily even though I didn't put any toilet paper in it.

Jose at reception gave excellent service, which would have earned five stars on its own. His morning replacement was obnoxious, though, so I can't give the hotel more than three. It's clean and modern, breakfast was good, and there's parking beside the building. The downtown streets nearby have lots of homeless people sleeping around. Also, cleaning staff start at 6 a.m., so you may hear them outside your room.

Clean, with good service.
