We were really happy with our stay. The single room is clean and airy, though its bed is very small despite being advertised for two people. Its position near Tuluá’s southern entrance is very strategic. One thing they should fix: the address shown on Google is wrong, so they need to check and update that information.

We had made and confirmed a reservation, but on arrival the hotel told us the room had already been rented. Terrible service.

The location, service, and rooms are all very good, but the TV and internet setup is a serious problem, so I’m giving it 3 stars. The TVs are all Smart TVs, yet they can’t connect because there’s no Wi-Fi or the signal is very weak. There’s no cable TV either, which makes it feel like there’s practically no TV service. They need to improve this and provide at least 1000 Mbps of connection speed to serve all the rooms.

The place is quiet, being in a residential area, and you can park outside. The price was good, the service was excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. Even the pillows smelled lovely. Honestly, I’d rate it 10 out of 10.
