We enjoyed the stay overall, but the breakfast issue was a real problem. Our booking said breakfast was included, and the hotel confirmed it. When breakfast time came, they said their booking service hadn't been updated, so we had to pay for breakfast at the other top hotel in town. The rooms were clean and as expected. Wi-Fi worked, though it disconnected sometimes. The location was great, near the town center but on a quiet street, and the front desk staff were very nice. When we asked where we could eat, though, the receptionist couldn't remember any places.

A comfortable place to rest. The rooms were nice, and everything was clean. The people working there were very friendly.

The air conditioning didn't work, and there were lots of roaches. I tried two different rooms and had the same problem in both.
