I had the most expensive room, and the bathroom drain was blocked, with water overflowing. The cleanliness was awful: the bathroom was covered in feces, decorations from another celebration had been left there, food had been sitting in the refrigerator for days, and, worst of all, there were cockroaches. It's really sad because the hotel is lovely, and I'd like to return if they put more effort into cleaning and maintenance. At that high price, that's the least you should be able to expect.
