8/10
The room was spacious and suitably furnished, with good wifi, a comfortable bed, a well-designed shower cabin, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and competent, and San Ignacio Plaza gives you the cosy, comfortable, safe place to rest you'd expect from a town hotel. But a few details held it back from a 5th star. The pillows are high and hard, one reading light isn't even wired (room 401), and the bright LED on the TV is hard to switch off. There's also an odd ceiling device that looks like a loudspeaker and could use some maintenance. I know I ought to charge for such valuable advice 😂. This isn't meant to put anyone off, it's a good hotel.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The central plaza is just a block away. Plenty of hot water, too.
