The friendly, welcoming staff are a bright spot, but there's a lot that needs attention. The pool is tiny for the hotel, with only about 12 chairs, so we often had to wait for a family to leave before sitting down. Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Our room's safe didn't work, and the shower head barely flowed and flooded the floor each time. The power also went out several times. The rooms were passable but worn, and the hard beds and pillows left us exhausted even after 8+ hours of sleep. Food was often undercooked and flavorless. Even water and coffee come with extra charges, which add up quickly. There are some positives, but the shortcomings make this a mediocre place to stay.

The staff are very nice, but this is a truck stop hotel, so keep expectations low. Two dispatch offices operate there, and truckers fill the lobby couches while they wait for loads and watch the pool. You have to rent towels for the rooms. The lobby bathroom floor was covered in urine, although the toilet itself worked fine.

Not a place for ordinary folks. It's for people who don't mind roaches, old stuff, and the smell of old sexual fluids.

The crew were awesome, though there are some issues, especially in the rooms. I'd like to visit again.
