Hotel Damar Valledupar

Good food and very attentive staff. Excellent service...10 out of 100.

I like this Valledupar hotel. It fits everything into a really good space.

Guests who stayed here said the breakfast service was terrible. Three people, including a child and an elderly woman, were put behind a group of more than 30. They also described Alejandra at reception as unfriendly and unhelpful.

The location is right in the city center, but the area doesn’t feel very safe for walking around. The rooms could use more cleaning, especially the furniture. Guests often leave negative comments about receptionist Alejandra, saying she’s rude and dismissive, unlike the other staff. She also tells guests there’s an extra charge if they want an electronic invoice.
