Hotel Nabú

The room was clean, but look for somewhere else. The building noise was so bad that sleeping on the street would probably have been quieter. I don't know who planned it. And avoid the breakfast. It ruined my whole trip to Columbia. My friend and I are sure the food here made us sick. When we ordered eggs with tomatoes, they came with beverages, and that was when I threw up twice.

The location is fine, and the cooks are friendly, but Nabu only serves American breakfast. There isn't space to park in front of Nabu Hotel or a parking lot. The lobby is a draw for guests, but the halls and rooms have a poor layout. Fewer than 10 percent of the rooms have windows, so the others are dark, with no natural light. The hotel's signs aren't enough either. I traveled from Bogotá to Valledupar for a one-day business trip. My room seemed clean at first, and the receptionist unexpectedly called to ask if it was okay. I took a photo anyway. When I came back around midday to nap, the sheets looked dirty. I couldn't manage to speak with the Administrator, and I don't recommend this Hotel.

I stayed there in oktober. It's very centrally located, and I'd go back if I'm in valledupar again. The hotel is very clean, everything is brand new, and the staff and employees are friendly. The breakfast was fair and good. I recommend this hotel.

It's in downtown Valledupar, and the rooms and service are great. Ask for a room with a window facing the Sierra Nevada so you can enjoy the view.
