I couldn't rest at all. At 11 p.m. a drunk man came in and argued with a staff member, so I had to leave my room, try to calm him down, and ask him to go so we could sleep. Then he came back at 3 a.m. and started arguing again. My stay was horrible, with terrible service and a place that seems to be falling apart. There was no toilet paper in my room when I checked in, one sink tap didn't work, and the bedroom smelled moldy. Please avoid this garbage place. It doesn't represent Colombian hospitality well.

For the price, it was a decent place. The manager was friendly, the Wifi worked well for me, and Cable TV was good. The hotel was basically clean, and the bathrooms seemed to have been updated fairly recently, though most rooms only have interior windows. Rooms are small and the furniture is dated. It's in a good spot right across from the Villa de Lleyva bus terminal, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the main plaza less than a 10-minute walk away.

Everything was very clean and organized, and there was hot water and cable TV. Prices were affordable too. It's right across from the bus terminal, with easy access to the plaza and shops on the same block. I'd definitely go back! 💖💖💖

The receptionist and cleaning lady were rude, and the service was awful. They don't give clear information about checkout time, then rudely kick you out as though you hadn't paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN.
