There’s no internet, and the TV doesn’t work. The website says breakfast is included, but it isn’t. The soap seemed to have been repackaged, and there’s no shower, just a tap.

For a one-night stopover, it’s acceptable, though the rooms are very basic and the TV signal doesn’t work. It’s close to the nightlife area, but I didn’t feel the area was safe. Still, for the city center, it’s alright, especially with the Gaula (anti-kidnapping unit) of Meta nearby.

They call themselves Ayenda, but it seems the chain only lends its name, since the hotel doesn’t meet its standards. There was no light in the bathroom, the TVs were tiny, and the remote didn’t work. I requested an electronic invoice and was charged an extra 80,000 pesos, even though I understood it was mandatory.

The parking is good, and so is the location, but the condition of the place doesn’t match the price. The linens and towels were old and dirty, and there seemed to be no control or organization around reservations. Everything was badly worn, from the TV and fan to the furniture.
