Hotel Colinas del Llano

The hotel looks impressive, but the service is awful. They keep turning you away when you try to make a reservation. I'd honestly rather stay somewhere less flashy where the customer service is good.

Villavicencio has a really cool, centrally located area that's useful for tourists and quite commercial. The customer service there is very comfortable, too.

The bed was fine, and I could sleep there, so it was acceptable for that. The receptionist was very friendly. But my room was next to reception, and there was a lot of noise late into the night. The bathroom was awful, smelled like a sewer the whole time, and still had paper in the wastebasket, so it didn't seem very clean. The TV didn't get a single movie channel.

For the price, it's good value: it's very affordable, right in the city center, and the facilities are good. The bathrooms are the one drawback, since they're quite old, but I still think it's excellent value for money.
