Those comments guided me, so thanks to everyone who left them. Reviews can really help, and I always share my thoughts as a local guide. If we have a bad experience somewhere, we should go back and find out what actually happened. We all make mistakes. Not smiling, saying hello, or paying attention can make us come across as bitter, unfriendly, or bad-tempered, among other things.

Really, really bad, and definitely my first and last time staying there. The rooms weren't as described on the website, and the receptionist was awful. The service was terrible, and the person was very unwilling to help.

A really welcoming hotel, with great service. It's a great place.

Getting there is difficult. The whole center is extremely congested, and there's no vehicle access.

The area feels a little unsafe, but it's fine.
