The room took a while to cool because the AC seemed stuck on its lowest setting, but everything else worked well. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the place was very clean. It's pet friendly too, which I appreciated. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

I spent nearly two months at Don Lolo Hotel across three consecutive work trips, so I got a good look at it. The facilities feel dated, and the price is high for what you get. For a little more, there are 4- or 5-star hotels with better rooms, service, and facilities. The breakfast gets repetitive if you're there more than three days on business. Hot water also failed for almost four days. Maybe it was a good hotel decades ago, but now it feels far too outdated.

Right in the heart of villavo, this is one of the city's more traditional hotels.

The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is superb.
