The power went out while I had a work shift scheduled at the hotel, and the generator wasn't working. With no electricity or Wi-Fi, I had to leave in the spring to work from a café and pay for a room there. The outage seriously affected my work, and the hotel offered no help or compensation. I had paid for the whole week, but when I demanded to leave, they said I could go and wouldn't refund me. They acted as if they knew nothing, as though it was just too bad for the guest. On top of that, some belongings I had left on the desk were stolen. When I asked for help, the receptionist was nice only until I needed assistance. She wouldn't give me the administration's number so I could file a complaint.

The café-bar downstairs played music so loudly that resting was impossible, and the breakfast was very poor for a room that cost $240,000 COP a night. Even though the hotel has its own restaurant, you can't charge meals to your room. It's modern and recently renovated, but guest service was TERRIBLE. They don't know how to bill businesses, and getting an electronic invoice means you need to know accounting. My experience... "DISPERSING"

There were several restaurants and shopping centers nearby, and the location worked well for where I needed to go. The hotel is new, with very nice rooms.

It's less than two blocks from Primavera Urbana, and the location is very good. The facilities are new and really nice, and the receptionist was attentive. Service was very good.
