Hotel Boutique Las Isabelinas

We had a lovely time, and the pool was refreshing and a lot of fun. Lunch was excellent, and we were welcomed warmly. Our room on the 4th floor was gorgeous, though it got far too hot during the day. The stairs are a challenge with big suitcases, but manageable.

The staff were so friendly, and the service was excellent. It's a very clean place, conveniently close to several tourist spots. A few maintenance and architecture details need attention, like leaking faucets and dead light bulbs. Still, I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything. We couldn't stay because the receptionist was rude and couldn't locate our reservation. Booking.com had confirmed the changed dates and price in several emails. When we explained that and said we'd file a complaint, she became angry. We asked if we could book somewhere else and wait briefly, but she literally made us leave. I think she disliked that we said we'd arrange our own booking after she offered another hotel. The pool also looked dirty when we arrived. Awful customer service.

The building felt unsafe, with no handrails, and the top floor shakes by itself. It looks like irregular construction. Their so-called parking is more like a hard-to-reach courtyard, with no security. Breakfast was badly prepared, too. They call it a boutique hotel, but it really isn't. Don't spend your time or money there.
