The pool is beautiful at night. The sun loungers smell a bit off, haha, but they’re passable, and the rooms don’t have refrigerators. If you don’t know Yopal, staying near the center is best because getting around from here without a car is impossible. With a car, it’s fine, and the manager can help you find a parking spot.

We waited 40 minutes for service, and the place was filthy, with tons of insects and pools that hadn’t been cleaned. Tables were piled with chairs, and there were dogs around. The staff had no charisma. Terrible service!

The food was delicious, and the service was good. The gardens looked great, and everything was clean.

We'd happily stay here again. Don Hugo was attentive and friendly throughout, and we really liked being so close to several tourist attractions. It was a wonderful visit.

We had to call the police after Hugo asked for money upfront and then wouldn't return it. The rooms were awful and didn't match what was shown on Booking.com or the other websites. The whole place was dirty, in poor condition, and full of bugs. It's nothing like the photos, and the experience felt like a complete rip-off. Hugo is a scammer, and it seems he rented the place without knowing how to run a hotel. A horrible place. Don't go.
