Our host was so nice and let us check in well before the usual time. The accommodation was roomy and good, though the pool area and garden urgently need some upkeep.

The place felt old and filthy.

The dog was the one bright spot. Everything else was filthy: cockroaches all over, stained towels, a dirty shower, no hand soap, and bathrooms that smelled of urine. The pool was moldy too. We figured the reviews might be outdated and things had improved, but it was still the same. Unless you want to spend vacation time cleaning before you can stay, don't go there.

Being only a few meters from the beach was the best thing about this place. The apartment was fairly comfortable and had a spacious main room, but privacy was lacking: downstairs you could hear everything from the single upstairs bedroom, and a curtain was all that separated the main room from the “bedroom.” Breakfast was completely forgettable. I'd recommend it, with reservations.
