Max took wonderful care of our family at this high-quality property, one of the best places I’ve stayed. There’s a spacious common room where we could all play games or watch a film, and the kitchen is large and well equipped. The rooms are roomy and clean, with no trace of mildew, which seems like quite a feat in the humid tropics. Housekeeping staff live on site and do a great job keeping the whole place tidy. From the large deck, with its infinity pool, the views are beautiful, and you can see the Pacific from the top floor. It’s centrally located in Santa Teresa, with many good restaurants an easy walk down the fairly steep gravel driveway, and Playa Hermosa a quick drive away for surfing. It really feels like a taste of paradise.

We were eight people and stayed for three days. Yaiza was there when we arrived to welcome us and explain the house and town, which made for a perfect start. The views over the property's thick vegetation were wonderful, and we could just sit and enjoy them. Yadira and Nemesio, the couple who look after the house, were charming, efficient, and diligent. They cleaned early each morning, and we enjoyed chatting with them. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, set apart from the dining area. The kitchen and living room are also roomy, with elegant furniture and everything we needed to cook and eat. The pool is small, but fits the place perfectly. We couldn't have found a better stay in Santa Teresa, especially as it was quite a bit cheaper than the other houses we looked at.

I love cooking for clients at this villa. The charcoal and wood-fired grill is awesome, the view is great, and the vibe makes it easy to kick back and enjoy.

It’s in a lovely part of town, near the beach, with an amazing jungle view. A beautiful house, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it for a big family or a group of friends!
