This worked well for a week-long business stay. The rooms are large and clean, and despite being near the highway, I couldn't hear the traffic from inside. The small fitness area was pleasant and convenient, but forget the pool, it's like a big bathtub. Breakfast service was good, though the food was only average. The shower didn't work properly, and the air conditioning was noisy.

The room was quiet and very clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. The hallway carpet could use replacing. Breakfasts were very good, and the restaurant surprised me: I ate there several evenings, and though it wasn't busy, the food was excellent and the service outstanding. The beef tenderloin caprese was my favorite. Prices were reasonable, with a pretty good menu selection.

I've been here since the first for some surgery, and the stay has been such a pleasure. The rooms are very clean and the daily service is fantastic. The food is good, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. From checking in with Abraham to breakfast and lunch with Liliana, Carlos and Rony, they're all five-star employees. This has probably been the friendliest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Can't wait to return!!!!!!

We stayed with a toddler and really enjoyed the kids pool, even though it was a bit windy. Breakfast and facilities were great, and the service was quite good. Holiday Inn is right beside plaza tempo, with lots of places to eat and a few convenience stores. Price Smart and multi plaza are within walking distance.

The staff are all so nice and helpful, and most speak English. It's cleaner than most American hotels, and service is extremely prompt. If you need something special, just ask. There's discreet security on site 24/7, a fabulous in-house restaurant, free shuttle service, and wifi. This is my go-to hotel when I'm in San Jose!
