The property, pool, and garden are all very well maintained, and the security guards and maintenance crew were great whenever an issue came up. We stayed at Phillip’s place, condo 9C, and the view is the best in town. The sunsets from the balcony and rooftop terrace were stunning. The location was great too, within walking distance of lots of good local shops. We loved having the Jaco Farmers Market nearby. I’d highly recommend it!

We’re happy with our choice. The place is right on the beach, with a great pool and a guard at the gate 24x7. Our unit was a little dated and could use some TLC.

The sunsets are unbelievable every day, and there’s always an ocean breeze. It’s such a beautiful place. The residents are friendly, the security guards are outstanding, and they do a great job looking after the grounds.

The Daystar company managing the place was honest and very accommodating. Our unit was great, with two beds, two baths, in-suite laundry, and a rooftop deck. You’re right beside Jaco beach, as close as you can get. The downsides were noise from the party hotel next door and no elevator. We were on the top floor, which would normally be fine, but I’d hurt my legs before our stay. I’d recommend staying here.

I hear the waves crashing while I sip fresh Costa Rican coffee on the patio, and can watch them as I prepare tropical fruit at the kitchen counter. Beautiful!
