Beds on Bohio

The location near the beach and restaurants was the only good part of this hostel. I've stayed in hostels all the time, and this was by far my worst experience. It wasn't clean, and the rooms were unbearably hot. When we asked for a fan, which most rooms had but not all, staff broke into another room and took one without telling those guests. The owner seemed high every time we saw him, and I saw frequent drug deals in the courtyard, including the owner. Our room was above a bar that played music until 4 am every morning, so sleeping was impossible. I'll never stay here again. Be careful when booking because it's nonrefundable. Do not stay here.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the common kitchen was great. Rooms are really big and clean, but make sure you get A/C. The location is excellent, and we loved the place. They were still building the pool while I was there. It was supposed to be finished in a few days, and the common area would be beautiful and chill once it was.

For the price, this was a great stay, and I'd definitely come back. The staff were great, I met some cool people, and the beach is only half a block away. The only downside was the club next door playing a bit loudly at night, but I just tried to ignore it.

I've been coming to this hostel for 10 months and always enjoy my stays. The rooms are clean, and the pool area is super chill. The restaurant has really good burgers, and the bar, swell, has ladies' night every Friday and Saturday. The best thing about beds on bohio is probably the staff. Going there always feels like coming home.
