I’d stay here again. The staff were attentive and helpful, and there’s nighttime security in the parking area and grounds, which I appreciated. The pool was clean and nicely kept, a good place to relax. Blue Palm Hotel at Jaco beach is cozy and reasonably priced, with large, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Even though it’s beside the road, we heard very little traffic. There’s no food service at the hotel, but a good restaurant about 50 yards down the road offers buffet or à la carte meals at reasonable prices.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The location is nice, but it gets noisy at night because you can hear cars going by. The air conditioner also made it hard to sleep comfortably, one of us felt freezing while the other stayed warm.

The staff were very kind, and the price was reasonable. Still, the condition of our room is what my review is based on. The owner said there was no record of us staying there, though I have the credit card statement. This seems like a hotel for young people looking to party at the beach, not families.

I felt safe the whole time, and nothing happened to my car. The room was a great price, and the Canadian owner speaks perfect English. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

The rooms are really spacious, and apart from the poolside area, it’s a nice little spot. We didn’t find the poolside as expected. The chairs there were very uncomfortable when we had to move around on foot.
