We had a great vacation stay in Jaco. The building is very nice and has a swimming pool, and the beach is right there. It's easy to get around town from here. I'd stay here again for sure.

The condos are nice when they've been updated, but views of the ocean are rare, only a few of the 16 units have one. The pool is small and cold, with just six lounge chairs around the narrow walkway. There wasn't much room for everyone to sit. The gate leading straight to the ocean is locked, so you have to walk half a block to the guard house to get in. There's a rinse-off shower by that gate.
