Tony and Izu are great, and they'll go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The surf lessons were professional and really fun, and you can book tours and excursions at the hotel for great prices. It's just steps from the beach, with supermarkets, banks, bars, and more close by, so walking everywhere is easy. The staff are fantastically friendly, the clean rooms come in several options with patios and hammocks, and the community pool and tropical grounds are kept up beautifully. There's also a cute shop selling handmade-in-Costa-Rica bikinis and clothes, plus a great restaurant, the only kosher one in town. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely weekend here. Our room was clean and beautiful, and the hotel is near the beach as well as downtown shops and restaurants. The restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean food. They also have good instructors if you'd like to learn to surf. I'd recommend it for families with kids, too.

We had two rooms, and both had the same problems: bugs, dirty floors and walls, and grimy bathrooms. The fridge was especially awful, full of bugs and filth. At least the sheets and towels were fine. The shower's electric water heater zapped my wife when she tried using it. It's close to everything, but I wouldn't stay again. It was an adventure, I guess.

The owner and crew are so welcoming and nice. I've already stayed twice and will definitely come back. There's a great pool tucked among coconut trees, an Israeli food restaurant, surf lessons, and plenty more to enjoy in Costa Rica.

A clean place with hot water, a pool, and a kosher kitchen. Tony and Izu are wonderful, and they make sure everyone gets personal attention. The atmosphere is great. Miss you! 👌❤
