After a long drive, we arrived with reservations for 12 people, including six kids, only to be told there were no rooms for us. Expedia showed that everything was sold out, so we were left without anywhere to stay. Another family who arrived later had the same thing happen. I can’t recommend this place. Don’t book somewhere that might cancel your reservations and give the rooms to someone else.

Our room had been given away, and apparently another family’s room had been given away too. We were offered a smaller room with too few beds, no hot water, and a leak. There were no towels either. When I asked for compensation, they said they were busy and didn’t want to offer any. They said I could request a refund through the booking group on the second night. It was a major hassle and a real disappointment.

We had confirmed bookings through Expedia and the hotel for sea-facing rooms for 12 family members, including six kids, for New Year’s Eve. We’d booked about 15-20 days earlier, but when we arrived, they said our rooms had been given to someone else and they had no availability. The manager wasn’t there, and there was no bilingual staff to help. The person who was available was very unhelpful, and there was no security staff around. After three hours of trying to get help, we were dismissed and left stranded in a foreign country with six kids and nowhere to sleep. Everything nearby was fully booked. Very poor, rude, and deceptive service. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Stay away from this business.

A few days into my stay, I walked into my room and found other people sleeping there. I still had the key, and it was within the dates I’d booked, but they’d given the room away. They didn’t apologize, communication was extremely difficult, and they refused to refund me. The trouble started when my flight was delayed. I called to say I couldn’t check in that day and was told it was fine. When I arrived the next day, my booked room was no longer available, and they charged me an early check-in fee for a worse room. I’d reserved a king bed but got two double beds in a smaller room. I accepted it because I didn’t expect to spend much time there. Completely unacceptable. Don’t stay here.
